    The next episode is filler, leading to small slew of episodes, 4 after this one. I had no idea how we were going to transition to even a short amount of filler after this episode, but I guess I just got my answer. https://www.animefillerlist.com/shows/naruto-shippuden/rebellion The stuff they are covering doesn't really seem like something you could do with filler, either. Sounds like it's (yet more) of the world's backstory. Unless this is expanded retelling or something.

    So, we had a marathon, but Shippuden is still airing. I'm glad I checked the schedule. Even if this story fell off the rails a long time ago, I still may as well complete it after going this far, and shows go by much faster when you watch them live and discuss them. Especially if it's a show you don't like, watching it recorded or on streaming feels like a slog.

    I'm not sure. I might have to re-watch it and I'm not sure if the angles are clear, but I thought maybe Bartolomeo had redirected the shockwave to the others. Maybe he did just protect himself. I guess we have to wait and see if the ability will be explained in more detail later.

That bullshit is how Madara managed to un-death himself?! 🤣 You should've just said he survived with the piece of Hashirama's flesh, since he's supposed to life powers or whatever. A time delay Sharingan power that you can use to rewrite reality and bring yourself back to life. Sure lol.

Is it just because she's pissed about what happened when she came to Earth and punishing all humans for it?

So I can see a version of Kaguya existing in this world that came from space in super ancient times. But to introduce her THIS late in the story and have her be so integral to everything is ridiculous.

    Oh so that's what happened. Kaguya did kill all of the Land of Ancestors' people. But she brought revived some humans and erased their memories. Yeah let's just talk it out with Kaguya over this. 🤣

    Does Kaguya really think that sort of explanation will satisfy them? Another hint about the tree might be that it's nothing but a desolate wasteland that surrounds it. Wow so anyone who goes to the tree gets their life sucked out.
