    If this was following GT where the form came from, Super Saiyan 4 is technically Legendary Super Saiyan 2, with the giant golden ape being Legendary Super Saiyan 1, and a Saiyan couldn't turn into either form if they didn't have their tail. In this version I guess Goku just got the form from training haha.
