Do you think he really gaf about splitting the vote? Iām thinking he didnāt want to embarrass himself when hardly anyone votes for him, or he simply couldnāt afford to run. -
The Israeli government and the IDF are outrageous liars. They havenāt destroyed a single tunnel. Now the IDF is saying that report about mass graves is completely unfounded. Bullfuckinshit! Over 25k people are dead. In some cases thereās no safe way to have a proper burial or there are no family left to bury the dead. There definitely are mass graves. I have no doubt.

The media and Congress focusing on Pro Palestinian protests on University Campuses instead of on Israel bombing the shit out of Rafah (southern Gaza) and Netanyahu saying he will continue to do so is crazy to me. Iām not saying allow antisemitism at protests but Congress wasting time on it as Israel gets 26bn in taxpayer $ to continue to drop bombs which obliterate entire families in an instant, is also not the way. I havenāt forgotten about the Israeli hostages and Iām not trying to disrespect them or their families, but Netanyahu doesnāt gaf about them. The IDF has killed some themselves and I doubt any are still alive.

3 pages flapping in the wind was a lot better than those trip gizmos given out by AAA they came with huge ass maps that blocked the windshield altogether. Iām convinced, to this day, that no one knew how to read them š

Jets traded Zach Wilson and a 7th round pick to the Broncos for a 6th round pick. Good riddance. No one liked him. Maybe a fresh start with a new team will be good for him -

Iām using paganism as a catch all for polytheism and not anything to do with European practices because Judaism is not a religion that comes from anything European -

Daaw thatās so cute. Honestly what were adults thinking, that a person in a huge bunny suit would be fun for children. Especially this -

Santa is slightly less scary to kids. I see way less little guys crying on Santaās lap than the Easter Bunny, but basically, yeah š -

All religions are bullshit and have made changes whenever they needed more people to join them. -

Letās be real, the Easter Bunny is just to scare the shit out of children at clothing stores and malls because parents think itās funny to terrorize their children. Iām jk but now Iām wondering how much judaism ripped stuff from pagans. That religion is way older. -

No one knows really. The egg could be a call back to the egg on a Seder plate that symbolizes birth and renewal. The hunt possibly a callback to hiding the āafikomenā that children are sent to find in order to start the Passover meal. Idk if there is any religious significance to it though other than to keep kids engaged. The kid that finds it gets a special treat of some sort. -

It always cmtfu when someone just realizes āCreeping Deathā is about Passover plagues. Every Jewish fan plays Creeping Death at their Seder. Passover is metal af š -

This sounds more like what happened because āintrinsicā to me sounds like something thatās naturally connected or inseparable from each other when Christians, as you said, acknowledge that the last supper probably was a Seder, but beyond that thereās no connection to Judaism at all. People who do Christian āPassoverā donāt even know itās original source (Iām connecting this back to the topic of the thread rn) so Ikarus is pretty correct to say ānon Jewish people of a certain age got their first exposure to Passover being a Jewish holiday from Rugratsā š -

When you say āPassover is intrinsically connected to Christian Easter traditionsā what do you mean by that? -
It really depends on which subreddits you follow but generally Reddit is more chill. The other day I was reading a story about a Twitter post that went viral on both Twitter and Reddit. The woman posted about her friend. He rented an apartment (somewhere in Europe) and he planted a garden in the yard. He made the yard beautiful. The landlord took pictures of the garden and everything, he was so impressed w it. He later informed the tenant that he wasnāt renewing their lease. The landlord loved the garden so much he used pics of it in the āapartment availableā listing in the local paper. He significantly raised the rent BECAUSE of the garden. The tenant moved but when they did they took all the plants and flowers w them. The landlord was furious because the tenant took the moneymaking garden away. How could he possibly charge so much now?!? point is Reddit highly sided w the tenant where Twitter sided with the landlord (to the surprise of exactly no one)

I donāt feel bad for him but I still donāt understand it that military guy that lit himself on fire was a lot more alarming cuz I immediately thought, āwhat does he know about our foreign affairs that even a soldier like him canāt live withā but this, if itās definitely a conspiracy rabbit hole victim, doesnāt hit emotions in the same way. UPDATE The more I learn about this guy the more I do actually feel bad for him. He was really mentally unwell. He wasnāt a Trump freak or necessarily into Qanon. He seemed like had his own weird set of conspiracies that he believed in
