Especially self care Well i got a nifty new 6 setting shower head. I didnt realized how much the fixed shower head forced me to controt all kinds of ways to rinse off but the new hand held cut my shower time from 30/45 mins down to less than 15 and i feel so much cleaner (had it on the fastest hardest setting) and hoohah so much happier! Its the little things! (My car is cleaned and my room is clean too...just gotta fix the bed) I was going to wash my hair but ill tackle that tomorrow after my workout Oh and madison and i went walking today...the plan is to walk most days out of the week! We were sweating like pigs!
