    But Blumberg is a billionaire who is out of touch with the people!! He was wholly responsible for most of the high-rising apartments in Manhattan being vacant, because when he was mayor he only say NYC as a "luxury good" and only wanted the rich to pay them, not realizing that the economy would change in 20 years! He's horrible and uses back-handed tactics to get his campaign going, like paying people to applaude for him at rallies!
