FYI, we moved on from funny voices onto people who can ACT among anything else, even if they can only do one voice. This results in more characters sounding the same these days.

... well maybe it IS in the same timeline. Clearly it's somewhere in the modern day (the sneak peek of FLCL Alternative includes a smartphone and GOogle Maps as storypoints), but I'm not expecting them to reference Naota or his town. Except they will include hints that the story has evolved (Haruko appears to have Atomsks' power now in the trailer).

They are both sequels, but they said they BARELY have anything to do with the oVA's story in terms of characters and setting.

Because ep 6 is 45 minutes long.

.... will we get to see Atomsk's evolved form again in these new seasons. Will they even remember to include it?? WE'LL SEE! Yep. Naota's still a kid. The manga based on this has a sadder ending though.

Soul Eater is still my soul anime, and it felt RIGHT for Toonami! And then... it got boring ratings and no one talks about it ever again. Makes me sad. It was a great feeling almost like I was back in school/college.

I gotta say also, the iron metaphor is one of the weirdest metaphors in anime I recall ever seeing.
