I've already seen a few of them. They're just cramped studios with no closet space. The tenants are supposed to have the bed, the living room furniture, the wardrobes and the kitchen furniture in a 12x12 room. No thanks. I really don't mind paying extra when I have a lot of space to put things in.

They're not high profile, they're just regular nuts who can't manage money.

I hear the credit card stories every Sunday, broadcast over the air. People actually call the host and ask for advice because they're drowning in debts. It's a comedy when I owe nothing.

It's part of why my total credit card balance never shows more than a hundred. Yes, I'm comparing that to people who earn five to six times my income but have tens of thousands in credit card bills and no way to pay them off.

Anyway, I think it's shamefully wasteful to discard a fifteen year old hoodie, when the plastic zipper finally wears out and breaks. For a third the price of a new hoodie, that zipper can be replaced by a brass one that'll get me twenty more years of use.
