    yeah, but these guys re all members of the familia. what they're doing is betrayal, they just know it's an all or nothing gamble for thm. if they kill the boss, they get ultimate power. if they fail to kill the boss, they'll be butchered...like their friend who got dissected and preserved

    sort of, but not nearly this extensive. they showed what they could do. sort of remained on the battlefield as our attention focused on naruto and on madara/kabuto and then focus returned to the seven swordmen just in time to see them all get sealed one by one. there's another event that was significant about their involvment, but since it hasn't come up yet, i won't spoil it.

    i don't think he's ever done that except in this one case. i cn't recall anything else that was born in filler becoming canon. at least not before this point.

    back during Naruto, after the zabuza arc, i think, there was a charater who was introduced with a pair of lightining swords that he said belonged to the seven swordmen. it was 100 percnt filler. but when this arc came in the manga, kihimoto incoroprated the lightning swords int the seven sword' canonical history to save time i guess

    this was the most bogus of all because kishimoto took a sword and character from e very early anime filler and the incorporated them into the manga here. at pisses me off.
