    i do not hate when heroes don't kill villains as a matter of course. but in situations like this, where they're at a clear disadvntage, they need to bring everything to bear. don't bother taking him in alive. kill him right now. or at least try....

    i remember accidentally getting spoiled on midnight's death shortly before this. what a bummer... though i'm still not clear on whether she succumbed to her injuries from the fall...or if she was beaten to death by a mob of villains... the latter seems more likely, but also considerably more gruesome and horrible to consider
