this whole arc is farfretched. even with his father being neglectful, there's no reason for sasuke to have this much hatred in him when his family hasn't been slaughtered. this isn't just "who he is" it's a consequence of the terrible situation he was in. the writers fundamentally misunderstand sasuke if they just think he's inherently an angry dude. road to ninja sasuke was more accurate than this version
