    Probably could go either way since the manga's ongoing, but I think he's probably dead, but I guess technically Karura is kind of a phoenix so kinda immortality and resurrection in there. But I wouldn't be surprised if he's dead as I also think he served his purpose trying to bring out and tempt Yukio's frustration and jealousy similar to his own.
