Rewatching this ep I recodnized one of the scene's animation styles as the style of a Specific storyboarder of the classic Sailor Moon anime, their style was noticable because all the characters looked sort of "chubby" and had much more youthful looking faces than any of the other artists drew them with Ignore the text this is the only example of their art I could find edit: found some more examples of his style, his Name is Masashiro Ando
