The judge who hears my case has doctor friends.. multiple in fact so its kind of scary because my record doesn't look that impressive compared to some bipolar's. However I can prove I've been in treatment for 10 years now, and I've been to rehab 2x for dope, criminal record, etc, so at least I do appear to be a hopeless mental health case on some basic level.

Go do some research on that before you go making that claim.. yes there is no gaurentee I will get it. 8-10% of the disability is for mental health reasons, I believe neurological issues have been excluded from that fact.

Thats only for ssd. I am getting the basic disability package... its only 735 bucks per month plus food stamps and medicaid... so I just stand in this long black line.... and I'm not being racist but that is how the line always looks at the local social service office.
