All I had was an HVAC thermometer which I really only used for cooking. Stayed at about 120 the whole time, had to get the fire really going to bump it up to 165. My mom gave me the butt, no idea on weight... felt like 8lbs.

Built the smoker pit. Used Omaha Steak seasoning with yellow mustard, basted with some diluted Angery Orchird, smoked for 5 hours, then put a glaze ofsangria mixed with Stubb's Sweet Heat and let it cook for about 20 mins. It. Was. BANGINNNNN.

And I can make it street legal > I mean, at worst if I get it and the engine gives me trouble, I'll dump it and fit a Honda CR125 in its place. I have a 1981 CR125 sitting in my shed...

So he asked for pics of the ATV and I sent him these: This is the bike: 1971 Suzuki TC125... two stroke dual sport bike so it'll be a blast to rip around on the road of on the trails... the main issue is, it's a Suzuki :barf: But of course, seeing those pics of my Bayou 220 makes me regret this decision. That ATV has been damn awesome.
