Schedule Change to pre- and post-Toonami effective 12/10/16

I just noticed something: Adult Swim has changed the schedule on Saturday nights outside of Toonami, regaining the 8 PM hour:

 

8 PM: KOTH x2

9 PM: Cleveland Show

9:30: American Dad

10 PM: Bob's Burgers x2

11: PM: Family Guy x2

 

And then after Toonami is most interesting:

3:30 AM: American Dad (formerly Bob's Burgers)

4 AM: Bob's Burgers (same)

4:30 AM: Bob's Burgers (formerly American Dad)

5 AM: King Of The Hill (formerly American Dad)

5:30 AM King Of The Hill (same)

 

So the question is: "what does this mean for Toonami?" Well, as you've probably already guessed, that Cleveland Show might be a placeholder for re-expansion to 11:30 with a brand new show sometime in 2017. Also, the American Dad rerun at 3:30 AM might be a deterrent to occasional one-night expansion to 4:30 AM, but that might not be the case at all, as it's possible that AD simply moves up to 4:30 AM and Bob's reruns get whisked off the schedule for one night only like what happened when Parasyte got its farewell marathon and Children Who Chase Lost Voices aired. IIRC, an American Dad duo that normally aired at 3:30 AM got bumped up to 4:30 AM in 2015 when DST began, so that Toonami wouldn't have to contract for one night only.

I could see Attack on Titan S2 being one of those handful of shows capable of re-taking 11:30 in April if they could somehow fast-track it like Space Dandy or even just a few weeks behind like a normal simuldub.

 

It did extremely well in its premieres regardless of how repeats did, and that was even with it airing after the Japanese run had completely finished.

I mean 11:30 PM Dragon Ball Super IS a thing now!
