I'm getting local stations outside of my cable market

So I called my cable company and they basically said it's basically a thing that that the engineers know about and they're working on

My thing is it's stations out of market being I mean bad weather comes how in the hell I'm supposed to keep on the weather

or my part of Ohio I have to keep  up on snow emergency in a few months

Yes that would definitely be a problem. 

 

Although mobile apps are certainly not useless when it comes to the same thing.

No I have a flip phone that can't use apps. Well anyways I have an internet but I don't I can't use apps
