Blatch
I think it's funny that this is happening now given the newest series made a big point of not elaborating on Lupin's origin, not like a savvy viewer couldn't have predicted it. Could this show (which is only half a cours) be Toonami bound? Weirder things have happened, so I'm not doubting it. And HIDIVE will be streaming the series, but nothing has been said about a dub.
Toonamiguy321
Watch this not acknowledge Tomoe in any way This is pretty tricky for them to pull off. Lupin and his gang have always stayed the same age while the world around them continues on. So timeline wise, this has to be in 40s or so, maybe even a little early, to work with Lupin’s age in the first part. Or maybe they just do a “hey what if Lupin was 12 lmao” and don’t try to wedge it into the timeline. Lupin has encountered plenty of sci-fi tech in his time, a de-aging device wouldn’t be out of place.
OwlChemist81
It's set in the 1960's, which means modern-day Lupin is pushing 70. Damn, he looks good for late 60's!
