Gen Urobutchi to reboot RWBY because it’s the only IP of value Rooster Teeth has left

It’s literally the only RT IP I care about remotely anymore. I stopped watching the show after season 4, and I feel like I got off at the right time. I hope this show does well.

The subbed version is out, and Episodes 1-3 are essentially a short form recap of the original RWBY Season 1, before it's set to go in an original direction.

But, the animation, wow.

I need SHAFT to look at more Western cartoons with shitty animation and give them this level of glow up.

Crunchyroll, to show they have the license, released the first three episodes subbed for free on YouTube.

No set date on the dub, but enjoy RWBY actually looking good.

The only complaint I have is that they didn’t animate Sun’s gunchucks.
