It's been hard to make action cartoons since the late 90's. So grats to them if they can get it done.

In the West anyway.  Usually you need to be based on a product from the 80’s heyday or be attached to an existing comic or video game l, and hopefully have the right people (Hi Warren Ellis, you still suck).  
 

But it’s a fascinating look into the difficulties of such, even with the rise of streaming.
