I like the soundtrack especially. Burn Up W was one of the first anime DVDs I ever bought.  Xcess had a few flaws but still over all fun to watch. I do believe Burn Up W was the first anime I bought on DVD, at Suncoast for 30 bucks. Didn't buy Excess because Blockbuster got those in so I could rent them.
