wacky1980
a good detail job should take a person 3-4 hours on a car or small suv. that, combined with upwards of 100 gallons of water, window cleaner, tire cleaner, degreaser, bug remover, soap, wax, upholstery protectant, carpet cleaner, and whatever else might be done (engine cleaning, undercarriage, lamp lens buffering, etc etc). i used to charge $60 twelve years ago for a car/small suv, $80 for large suv/minivan, and $100 for trucks. if you found someone to do it for $30, more power to ya, but you might wanna check closely to make sure you didn't just buy a $30 wash and vacuum job. wacky1980
if you're happy with the job, then $30 is a deal. that's all that really matters.
