discolé monade Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 i was a 'mentor' ojt for the entire time i was doing collections for citi`bank. it's not that big of a deal. 8/10 they don't remember the shit you say, and will generally bug their floor supervisor.

This job has ZERO nesting and our supervisors don't know shit. I tried working the support chat before but then they put a biter who answered ONE easy question on Assist and left me in claims so i said fuck it. People in this class seem cool. I guess i won't help unless im specifically asked again. Hard enuff handling my own shit.
