when i read the bible one of the many times, and having known a ton of thick accented jews over the years,

i picked up on the fact that the pronunciation has a hard "E," that feigns into a "s"  (like "eece" would be pronounced, E-is RA-el.)

then "RA" is separeted from "el" by a distinct pause.  so anyway with a thick dialects and slang or whatever "Es", sort of slowly became YisRA-el,

then, RA-el somehow slowly became Ruh-el.  So in fast dialect and slang a lot of the time it sounds like YisRoh-el  or YisRY-el or YisRuh-el....

then lastly i want to mention the IZ-REAL isnt the pronunciation at all
