death_by_motorboat
last night i was messing with the stereo equipment. the laptop was charging and plugged into a home theater receiver with a 3.5mm to a/v cord, the tv and cable box were off and the music was silent at the moment because i was trying to locate a buzzing noise. the feedback buzz i was hearing was a disturbance between the laptop charger and the 3.5mm to a/v and it was ringing through the speakers, but at that point i didnt catch that yet, i was focussing on just the noise. so i attempted pulling and turning the 3.5mm to fiddle with it and see if that helped. well with the 3.5mm pulled 1/4 of the way out, with the volume up, through the stereo speakers you could hear a ghost football game. no cable, no tv, no radio, just a mysterious buzz and a ghost football game. any clues as to why? Doom Metal Alchemist
I've had that kind of thing happen with my guitar amps. No idea why that happens.
