PurgatoryGirl
Several years ago, I stumbled upon actors, that narrated Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven. In the past, Vincent Price also did the narration for The Raven. However, I chose Christopher Walken's narration instead. Yes, I'm a Poe fan who somewhat lives up to the Goth stereotypes. So, sue me. PurgatoryGirl
In 2 more minutes, PBS is airing a special about Poe. This the only time I will watch PBS for anything. LOL!
Ginguy
PBS isn't bad for some things. I imagine this special will be good, their biographical programs usually are.

PurgatoryGirl
A little while ago, I finished watching the documentary about Poe. Even though Poe was a man whore, he had a lot of tragedies to endure and overcome. I'm reeling over the facts, that his works were published during the 1800's but were never copyrighted and that he cheated on his dying teenage wife, who had tuberculosis, with a poet.
