Is there a way to block an entire subforum for myself?

And if not can we make this happen either here or at the new board when the transfer occurs? I mean the actual board and mentions with my name from said board, not the posters themselves. I want to permanently remove Rants from being displayed on the forum listings for myself. It's literally caused me nothing but grief and invited harassment from other users.
