I was just watching the video about the (now demolished) Owings Mills mall the funny thing is they proposed rebuilding it as an outdoor mall then never did, and made similar plans for several other Dead malls in Baltimore that ALSO never underwent an outdoor renovation they actually DID rebuild the Hunt Valley mall (also in Maryland) as an outdoor Mall and it's made a complete recovery Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
