Thx. I dont think this is gonna fail like all the other times cuz im not weighing myself at home (and encouraging myself to cheat lol) and I feel awesome! And its pretty easy cuz i dont even get hungry most of the day...the hardest part is drinking all the damn water i gotta drink. I got my brother and prison ez bf intermittent fasting now, too. Oh and getting my thyroid fixed dissolved all my anxiety which was causing me to stress eat... So im fairly confident imma make it to the end. Thanks for the encouragement scoob!
