They basically are a company that collects data on customer satisfaction. They are really important in wireless because the competition that wins for the year is supposed to be the best company to deal with. But they are in lots of industries like finance and auto. I post this because i bet most people dont know what they mean even tho companies that win them always put their awards on their commercials
