well, i've created a vicious cycle it would seem. i tried the gym to help with the knee, but was in greater pain because of the back.
so, i would not even walk for a week or two, and eat just stupid. my diet is horrible. i know i don't have the will power to do keto.
but at the same time, if i don't do something, i'm going to become a painful blob of pain.
honestly, i'm too young to feel this old.
