The character designs in Fire Force seem less cartoony/imaginative. They're closer to correct human anatomy and they wear more regular wardrobes. The only uniqueness is placed in a superficial level, in the color of their fire powers, weapons, hairstyles, and eye symbols if they have them. Ther'es less creativity.

Now Benimaru's eyes is something I do not get actually. What do these two symbols have in common with him?

I know it's Atsushi's thing to have weird character designs, but for some reason these eye symbols in many of the characters in Fire Force really annoys me. WHY make that obvious choice!?? Yes, her name is Arrow and she fights with a bow and arrow so she has arrows in her eyes!! GET IT!?!? DO YA FUCKIN GET IT?!?!! Youre being too subtle!
