KN said something about figuring out the server thing after the 1st of the year maybe. but haven't heard from him recently so not sure where that's at. Personally, I find that - for me, it tends to snag when returning to the home page. So when it starts doing that, I hit the back button on my browser until I hit my cached homepage and it loads fine.

yes. I even used it as source material for background vids for performances, and also when I used to cut together vid packages for specific songs for DJs.

i dunno. there wasn't really an order. I mean, there was a small initial group of people that I thought could help and would be into the idea. then I let people on my FB know just to get some people posting on it to test it out. and just as I came across people on ASMB that I thought would be good people in some way or other to test stuff out, I PMed. so once I got to the ASMB phase, I don't really remember what order people got asked because it was more or less random "oh hey there's that dude how bout them?" type stuff.

I am reading the John Jakes Bicentennial series (on book two) from the 70s. it's not stylish, the story and characters are very basic. But they're my Mom's books. And when I read them, a lot of times I'm reading them and sort of wondering how she read them and what she thought as she read them, how she felt about certain characters and passages and things like that.

another quick note: changed the forum default theme to Facade, as all the bugs have been worked out (? i hope) and it's about 100x closer to what I was wanting than Dark Don and the other ones. So Facade I believe has been fixed so that everything should work on it now.
