So my only healthcare provider just basically stopped all gender affirming care recently and the only reason I will get my estradiol is because I was already on it. It is such a betrayal as I messed up my knee and back in the Air Force and now VA policy is discrimination, but no way in hell will I stop using the ladies room... (It's all been such a nightmare that I ended up getting prescribed Seroquel)

Awww thank you meow (I've not had many moments of happiness this year saddly, but I can fake it for the camera) Despite having basically came out 20 years ago on the ASMB I've been on HRT for 20 months and it has been the best thing I've done , even with the massive levels of depression and stuff, at least I'm finally allowing myself to feel, though biggots taking over the US 2 years into my transition and trying to undo my healthcare sucks... But yay awesome you go girl 🙂 (My hair clips are the only nod to being trans I display, stealthing is important in a redneck town)

Over 18 months on Estradiol meow, around 3 or 4 months on Progesterone. Sorry about not updating recently, I've been rather down lately.

So my legal name is feminine now and the social security administration and DMV acknowledge me as female. I'm also 4 days without a cigarette meow.

So 14 months meow, my hormones are in female range without blockers so yay (Would have done this a few days ago but Helene...)

Thank you, I sure intend to. Once I'm fully healed up the next steps are to lose a bunch more weight and quit smoking, I might start progesterone at some point but I'm not sure. I'll keep providing updates meow 😃

13 months of HRT meow, I've also not been on testosterone blockers for 3 weeks after a Bilateral Orchiectomy!!! 😊 I've got Bloodwork soon so I'll see how that's going, but wow it's so great meow😊

10 months meow, I apparently missed a nine month update as I wasn't in the best mental state. But my Estrogen is over 100 and finally higher than the t. 8 mg estradiol and 400 mg Spironolactone are my current dosages. I have an appointment with a urologist next week, which I believe to be an Orchiectomy consult. I'm having moments of feeling completely feminine that's nice meow.
