Also, there was a lot of hype buildup going on simultaneously since it was such a short scene in between big things like celebrating successfully pulling off the coup and then Levi, Mikasa, and the others meeting up and riding off to rescue Eren and Historia and then Erwin and meeting with Pyxis to discuss the results of the coup and then leaving to join them. I think that was around when that scene was.
