Rather liked the art style, but this needed a different director, since I'm not sure what they were going for. Also, was hoping for more serialized storytelling from this anime version.

Oh yeah, that's right! Probably my favorite of the bunch too, since I even watched a few of the reruns. Glad I saved all those, since we'll likely never get a blu-ray let alone a nice 4K blu-ray with HDR (it'd look so nice with HDR). Even the simple broadcast through cable looked real nice on my OLED TV.

A shame, I woulda watched season 2's of both of those. Fena ended up a lot smaller in scale than I expected but a season 2 could have changed that even if the last few were weaker than the first two thirds of the show. And Shenmue was a lot of fun, kinda shocked it's not continuing with or without Cartoon Network/WB since it's ultimately Sega's.
