Where I'm from it's called a Kiddy Cocktail. And I remember it being delicious. After looking it up, if you add some rum it evolves into a Dirty Shirley.

I highly disagree. The VAs were the same. And they couldn't voice worth a damn compared to the VAs from the 2 Adventure games.

I was there when the [as] boards went down and everyone had to shift to the Dev Boards. It was like...remember that scene from the Futurama episode where it mimicked 2012 and the ship escaped to Mars and Zoidberg commented on how Earth was still blue and calm, and then they cut to Earth and it was pure rioting? It was like that.

The only real 4Kids dubs I know are the Sonic the Hedgehog series (which, IMO, they fucked up bad) and Yu-Gi-Oh!, which, IMO, they did well (if you can disregard the obvious dumbing-down of certain parts for younger audiences).

What I meant was that they should have skipped the films entirely and gone straight to the TV series. If this series was given the same gravitas of a TV series that Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones had, I wouldn't see a problem. Not have two shitty movies and, if they do well enough, make a TV show to fill in the blanks. That's a horrible idea. I'm surprised that King signed off on this desecration since he considers The Dark Tower series to be his Magnum Opus.
