Your Toonami Streaming Schedule for the Weekend
OwlChemist81 replied to OwlChemist81's topic in Toonami & [adult swim]
This weekend, it's the stream of October 29, 2016, which means all - Gundam, all the time! (Except when Pre-Flight is playing...) Anyway, it's Episodes 13-19 of Gundam IBO! Oh, and they actually cut "Raise Your Flags" at the beginning of #13, despite not needing to do such things with streaming. Disappointing. However, they DID leave the full version of "Survivor" in #14 as it originally aired on TV, although it was cut in the on-air marathon by virtue of not being the lead show! -
I really wouldn't know because that's when my Emergency Alert System test interrupted!

I STILL missed what Asuna said when she was asked why she came to Agartha about 2 hours 3 minutes into the movie, but I've rewatched it twice, and it really is a great movie. Still holding out hope that Toonami can run it again, either December 17th at 1 AM (Gundam IBO ends on the 10th), or Christmas Eve at Midnight.

Oddly enough, the android on the toilet pulled the show's biggest numbers: 1385K overall; 797K 18-49; and 537K 18-34, numbers One-Punch Man readily beat but at least so far JoJo and Gundam can only dream of surpassing! So yeah, actually pretty much exactly what the viewing public wanted to see! I will be covering the last 6 episodes a little later on this afternoon as the series streams two more times.

I guess you might say I'm thankful we get 6 premieres this weekend! For all November's mediocre ratings, it should be mentioned that Toonami will have held down a whopping 32 30-minute timeslots this month (16 hours), and 29 of those 32 timeslots were network premieres, with 21 of those being completely new to U.S. Cable TV! I am thankful, and hopeful more people will watch and send November off on a high note!

File.04: The Mystery Hidden In Lake Yasogami What's funny is "Yasogami" spelled backwards is kinda "I'm a go say", which is ironically what that lady wanted to do in Episode 5 regarding the Coil. Also, I'll bet these two goobers get in lots of drunken bar fights! I also noticed Mira was apparently just fine to be Auto-Repaired to only 96.2%! And I'll always wonder if this episode somehow inspired American Horror Story: Roanoke. You got the creepy-ass house with the blood moon and people mysteriously dying, though here it's by drowning! The terror is even more real for robot girl! Finally, Negan ain't got nothing on Morigana!

Your last chance to see "File.01: Collector" on the stream this year begins now!! Who knows how long their deal for this show will last, but I guess it must be at least a 1-year deal! You'll hear numerous references to the D.A.B.; it means "Dimensional Administrative Bureau!" You'd probably do well to remember that. Hard to believe Mira and Kyoma started out as enemies!

The Toonami Ratings Thread 1.0 :You are on a new board

SHOW AVERAGES SO FAR Dragonball Z Kai - 1,376,617 (94 episodes) JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - 1,034,200 (5 episodes) Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans - 951,818 (22 episodes) Hunter × Hunter - 916,857 (28 episodes) Naruto: Shippuden - 892,625 (136 episodes) One Piece - 805,411 (162 episodes) One Punch Man Rerun - 651,000 (4 episodes) ADULTS 18-49 Dragonball Z Kai - 793,489 (94 episodes) JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - 615,800 (5 episodes) Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans - 565,182 (22 episodes) Hunter × Hunter - 538,714 (28 episodes) Naruto: Shippuden - 492,548 (136 episodes) One Piece - 437,542 (162 episodes) One Punch Man Rerun - 394,000 (4 episodes) ADULTS 18-34 (Estimated) JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - 394,200 (5 episodes) Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans - 372,909 (22 episodes) Say what you want about JoJo being inferior to the likes of Akame ga KILL!, Dimension W, One-Punch Man, and even Parasyte, DBZ Kai was still doing worse in both total viewers (1001K) and Adults 18-49 (531K) on average through its first 5 episodes. Gundam IBO, on the other hand, is on track to be the worst-rated show with an average start time only 6 minutes later than the likes of KILL la KILL, Akame ga KILL!, and Dimension W. Finally, November 2016 itself has been the worst month for ratings since January 2015 (and that's just comparing the 12-3:30 AM time frame of both months), but fortunately it's not over yet. The final weekend could still beat the other 3, since it's comparatively light on competition, and Toonami has wisely opted to just let the normal lineup run instead of tossing on a marathon of reruns around the thrilling conclusion of Intruder 3! So hopefully America will be watching!
