why is crunchyroll so slow to uploading dubbed episodes?

took 6 hours last saturday for MHA S6 to be uploaded that day....it's not uncommon for a show's dub to be uploaded later than it should be according to the schedule

if anything it's too common

When you host 90% of anime in the west and underpay your employees, there will be fuckups.

Also doesn't help how it's all separated to different streams instead of just adding languages to one (Funi was way more streamlined in that regard).
