Every time I open Oblivion ot sets its graphics to medium.

So i change them to high, it tells me i have to close and re-start the game for the changes to take effect, and every single time it goes back to medium.

Also a few months back that nvidia thing where you can apply filters to your games worked perfectly on it, then suddenly one day it stopped working.

I checked nvidias list and its a supported game, so i don't know what's up.
