wacky1980 Posted December 15, 2019 Share Posted December 15, 2019 went a little more sweet than i intended. i picked up some green peppers a few days ago but they spoiled in the fridge, so i had to use some sweet peppers i had on hand instead. didn't really take that into consideration when i mixed up the rest of the batch, so now we're a little on the sweet side. still pretty good though. another 30 minutes of simmering and a final flavor adjustment, and it'll be ready just in time to watch the bears get stomped by the packers. bonus, it' supposed to start snowing this afternoon and drop up to 8" before it's done. nice wintertime sunday. 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
