What I should be doing is taking a walk or going a few tens of minutes on the exercise bike, what I am doing is laying in bed because even sitting up to play games seems needlessly arduous. I am open to suggestions as to how best to wake myself the fuck up, preferably suggestions that don't involve coffee as I have tried it multiple times today. Pretty sure years of abuse has made me immune to caffeine or at least super tolerant. I also went out and bought said couch. that plus my usual every other day weight training regiment and I would say I'm back where I should be after a typically hedonistic weekend.
