I am old and need help

fixing my icon and cover photo.

What happened to the little thingies that we could use to center and adjust the size of the picture in the icon? And why will my cover picture not show up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, I've fallen and I can't get up.

Never mind. Fixed it. And I'll be off the floor just as soon as the grandkids remember to untie me.
