Had some client's screaming at each other in the lobby today

A client and her mom were screaming and using racial slurs towards the receptionist because they had to wait to see the psychiatrist. Another client hears them use a racial slur and basically tells them to STFU and says she's gonna kick their ass. Client and mom act like they're the victim in all this and start crying hysterically.
