Zenigundam Posted April 5, 2019 Share Posted April 5, 2019 The same way that Vice City was based off of Miami Vice/Scarface and San Andreas was based off of Boys N the Hood/Colors. I didn't notice it until now because I hadn't seen that movie since I was a kid, which was way before LA Noire was released, but I'm watching it right now and it clicked instantly.
