It's really not so bad streaming without one, you might want to try it out and get the hang of it, and make sure you even like doing it before you throw money into it.

I know that you can emulate, but I have a lot of original hardware. I figure I might as well utilize it, especially OG Sega Games. I know I'd enjoy it.
