Dbz & Super Sagas by the victor of the final battle *SPOILERS*

I.e. I'm gonna list each arc and which member of the Z-team managed to deliver the finishing blow to the main big bad for that arc

 

I'm only making this thread because giving it more though, Vegeta is the actual star of Super....it's just that everyone in the show treats him like shit as thanks (except for Bulma and Trunks who love him) so it doesn't feel like he's the star

Z

Saiyan Saga: inconclusive (Vegeta escaped)

Namek Saga: Future Trunks (Goku failed to kill Frieza)

Android Saga: inconclusive (though Vegeta Killed 19, the arc itself was basically just a lead in for the one after it and it had no true Big Bad)

Cell Saga: Gohan (with Vegeta and Goku's help)

Buu Saga: Goku (may be the only battle he truly won in Z)

Super

 

Botg Saga: Inconclusive (Goku loses to Beerus but Beerus spares the earth because he likes their food)

RF Saga: Goku (though Vegeta did literally all the work and all Goku did was deliver a finishing move)

Beerus VS. Champa Arc : inconclusive (Goku loses but the big bad throws the final match because he likes Goku, special note: Vegeta had to carry the whole team through this arc because they sucked)

Superhuman Water arc(the Binky arc): Goku (and yes this arc is counted as Canon)

Black Goku Arc: Inconclusive/Grand Zeno intervention (technically Vegeta wins, he defeats Black Goku.....but then Zamasu fuses with him and gets the upper hand and Goku calls Zeno to come and Kill their fusion)

various filler arcs: ???? (there's a huge space of like 5 small filler arcs after the Black Goku arc meant to stretch the show between the BG arc and final arc and they're all idiotic and all revolve around making Vegeta look like an idiot, they have no bearing on the rest of the show)

Universal Survival/Tournament of power arc: Android 17.....and kind of indirectly Vegeta(It's hard to explain, basically long story short 17's the last warrior left standing, meaning he gets one rule-free wish....and he decides that Vegeta's wish was the most selfless, and grants Vegeta's wish to revive all the erased universes, attention should also be drawn to the fact that Goku intended not to make a wish, he wanted to leave all the other dimensions dead and his explaination as to why only made that decision seem even worse)

 

a spoilertastic Summary of the final arc just so you understand why I'm basically crediting Vegeta as a partial victor in the final arc

the final arc has Zeno decide that universe 6's quality of life is so horrible (which is Beerus's fault for doing his job the wrong way) that he wants to mercy kill all 13 dimensions and start all over (the implication is that Destroyer gods are actually supposed to just dispose of planets that already died and leave life sustaining ones alone but Beerus was blowing EVERYTHING up), so someone intervenes and suggest that instead of erasing every universe that Zeno should hold a tournament and whichever universe wins gets to still exist and be used as a model that whatever new Universe's Zeno makes should follow as an example, and allow the winning universe to make one rule free wish, so Vegeta goes into the tournament making a promise to Cabba that he will wish the erased Universes back (17 says all he wants is a Yacht) and Goku wants absolutely nothing and says doesn't care who dies as long as he gets to fight strong warriors, in the end, much like in the earlier Beerus X Cabba tournament, Vegeta carries everyone's dead weight, but gets defeated in the final round, leaving Goku Frieza and 17 to defeat the final enemy, in the end, Goku and Frieza get knocked out, and 17 remains the last man standing.....so he grants Vegeta's wish....because Vegeta was the only person who's wish was actually selfless (Bulma just gives 17 the Yacht he wanted to thank him....cause she's filthy rich)
