Kelly vs Puppet Ash was fun. Real Ash pulled a Piccolo vs Garlic Jr. Pablo...well it was foreshadowed I guess, huh?

Yeah, it was subtle but I noticed it. Didn't think he cut him clean in half though. Thought maybe his guts would spill out.

Yup, time travel. Baal's back in next week's finale, which looks very confusing.  ;D

Well that was a pretty fun finale. Ignoring time paradox stuff of course. Pretty easy to see they weren't sure if they'd be renewed, the ending leaves a Return of the Jedi-esque sense of finality. Complete with force ghosts!  ;D Only hints of a continuation being the book and 80s Ruby returning. And continue the story shall! Next year!

Honestly, that does sound like it would have been more fun than what we got but...oh well. AV Club didn't care for the finale btw.

I finally got the S1 DVD.  Still have to sit down and watch it. (already seen the episodes, but haven't actually watched them again on the dVD w/features and whatever all.
