I don't know if youre worried about it or quizzing me.... put it this way, I have been working on this for 5 years and none of the professionals, paperwork, terms and conditions ever stated anything that suggests I will have to pay taxes in·sol·vent- I believe is the actual answer but I am giving you something better Form 1099-C As a result of a change in tax law, loan balances that are discharged due to TPD are not considered income for federal tax purposes if you receive the discharge during the period from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2025. If you qualify for a TPD discharge based on documentation from the VA, the date you are considered to have received the discharge for tax purposes is the date that we approve the discharge. If you qualify for a TPD discharge based on documentation from the Social Security Administration or a physician's certification, the date you are considered to have received the discharge for tax purposes is the completion date of your three-year post-discharge monitoring period. If you receive a Form 1099-C, you should keep the form for your records, but you do not need to include it when filing your federal tax return. For additional information, visit irs.gov. The discharged loan amount may be considered income for state tax purposes. You may want to consult with your state tax office or a tax professional before you file your state tax return.

you already know I didn't mean it like that. so when you dab don't forget ro say goodbye. you will end up suffering from the lack of closure... this is why I expect avoiding it doesn't make it go away, and without purpose you are crumbling little by little and you want disruption and chaos. you cant avoid entropy

I explained this a thousand times. I grew up in a jewish family. my view of spiritual and personal situations happened to be different than the traditions. and I moved on. I not saying I never used a slur or am the message of Gandhi, but I never said anything to intentionally insult, harm, or effect anyone anything I MAY HAVE SAID (I don't even believe you that I said something of that nature, but I see how that could have been interpreted harshly) was about ME, on the inside. not the world outside what ever I said was complete bullshit an I am half jewish everyday of my life so you saying something like that is very personally irritating and annoying lay off the anti Semitic shit I said I wished Germany won the war in the sense it would be an entirely different world. just the thought of imagined a different world is a cool idea, im sorry it sounded hateful or racist or anti semitic. it was moreover intended to be an adult joke

yes it is, I know the situation you are talking about, and thats if you didn't work and the attempt to pay the loans back was basically fraudulent if and when that happens student loans can be taxed. you are correct. but there is a grey area, a miracle of god, a coincidence what ever you want to call it where the loan just literally cannot be paid and its not your fault, it was used to complete an education with the purpose of employment in your field and for some act of nature or sheer coincidence it is im possible to pay. then they mind your income and state of you health to decide. guess what. I ALREADY LOOKED INTO THAT
