I think I'll hold my breath for this one. There's yet to be a live-action adaptation I've heard about that has mostly-positive reactions or reviews from folks.

This is worthwhile read. It not only adds to the discussion of whitewashing in asia-related movies but solid reasoning to why GITS as a franchise is inherently Japanese, as I hear arguements elsewhere stating that because the characters in the anime don't look asian, it's considered by all means PERFECTLY fine to insert any sort of western actor.

Historically, the first arc is unarguably the worst JJBA story arc. It gets better for sure.

Bleh. No matter how you shine up a square post, it'll never quite fit the circular hole. Sure, you can sand or grind it, but then the fit will be off.

Some slim pickings again this season.

Holy crap. I've had no idea people would continue an [as]-related board after they were removed officially. Good looks to the folks that wanted to continue this. Strangely enough, this was the first time in a long while that I've come back to watch stuff on [as]/toonami. I'm surprised that: - 1st season of IBO is pretty much done - HxH 2011 dub is already at Yorkshin - The dub for JJBA is so far, so good. Hopefully, I'll try to be around like I used to in years past.
