Oh. Yeah you may not like it then. It's pretty much the same humanity we know now. I liked the books and the show still, though. Very well written.

If you like hard sci fi, the expanse is excellent. Realistic future weapons and all.

We're really only alive because the magnetosphere protects us from being blasted by the full force of the radiation of that ball plasma. Kinda crazy to think about.
